I always need to expand my booklist! Thanks for sharing! I am cutting a holistic health coach training and they gave us a very long list of recommended books on basically every holistic wellness topic and I can’t wait to dive in and read them in the new year!
Getting through to your emotions with EFT by Phillip Mountrose and Jane Mountrose, Het Bloedgroep Dieet by Dr. Carel Hoffman, and How Emotions Are Made by Lisa Fieldman Barett
Thanks Elizabeth, always happy to share and swap book recommendations! Isn't it thrilling to know others have been equally moved by the same book as you?!
I have Birnam Wood sitting on my borrowbox to move onto next! Loved Myth of Normal and Hold onto your Kids. Have also read Wild Power and Last Child in the Woods.
I haven’t even thought about my top reads of the year! What if the best comes in December?! 😅
The Seven Skins of Esther Wilding was up there for me though.
Currently reading Seven Year Slip.
Looking forward to the next Crescent City book coming out in January!

How wonderful to have a curated list! Which one are you most looking forward to?

I love a book list, I'm adding lots of these to my virtual stack! Quit Like A Woman was a game changer for me too. Thanks for sharing 😊

Ohh let me know your thoughts once you've read it, I still get tingles thinking about it.
Seven Skins of Esther Wilding was one of my last reads of 22 so didn't make the cut for this post but I love anything Holly Ringland writes.
